RIPCO Real Estate signs lease for first office in Connecticut

Tri-state commercial real estate brokerage firm RIPCO Real Estate is opening its first office in Connecticut, the Fairfield County Business Journal reported. RIPCO inked a lease at 2 Greenwich Office Park in Greenwich, according to the outlet. Having an office in Connecticut “has been a longstanding goal for the firm,” RIPCO co-founder Todd Cooper said. “The Greenwich location allows us to fortify our presence in the region, especially in Fairfield and Westchester counties, where we have been most active for decades and have a successful track record of working closely with top retailers and owners,” he said. This is RIPCO’s fifth office in the tri-state area. [FBJ]
