A Montauk home designed by Robert McKinley has hit the market for $1.95 million.

McKinley, who is known for his “effortless, surf-inspired style,” was the interior designer for spots including the Surf Lodge and Ruschmeyer’s in Montauk, and the Marion in Miami, according to Out East, which first reported the listing.

The seller was financier Mike Goodwin, according to the outlet.

The 4,200-square-foot home at 48 South Federal Street was recently renovated and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Amenities include a workout/meditation room, a pool house and a garage.
