Bijou Properties buys downtown Montclair development site for multifamily construction

Bijou Properties has snapped up a development site in downtown Montclair that will allow for up to five stories of residential development.

JLL marketed the 0.83-acre parcel on Church Street for Kensington Senior Living, according to Real Estate NJ. The seller was Kensington Senior Living. The price was not provided.

The site “provides the opportunity to build a boutique property with ground-floor retail and up to five stories of residential space above,” according to the outlet.

Jose Cruz was part of the JLL capital markets team representing Kensington Senior Living.
