RXR Realty nabs $98M loan for luxury resi and retail project in Stamford

RXR Realty has secured $97.5 million construction loan for a residential and retail project in Stamford.

Bank OZK provided the floating-rate debt. It will go toward the second phase of a luxury mixed-use residential and retail project called Atlantic Station, according to the Fairfield County Business Journal. JLL arranged the loan.

The second phase includes 325 apartment units and 48,000 square feet of retail space. The first phase was already completed last year and includes 325 “luxury condo-like rental units.”

Tenants in the retail portion of the second phase will include The Learning Experience, Work Well Win and Dogtopia. [FBJ]
