Michael Davis-designed home in Sagaponack sells for $15M after price chop

The recently-built residence on Hedges Lane had listed for $19 million two years ago.

A Michael Davis-designed home in Sagaponack sold for $14.75 million after taking a 22 percent price chop.

The recently-built, New England shingle-style residence on Hedges Lane had listed in 2017 for $19 million, according to 27east, which first reported the sale.

The home has eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms and two half-baths. The property includes a two-car garage, a media/recreation room, a pool house and a tennis court.

Saunders & Associates’ Terry Cohen had the listing, and Compass’ Matt Breitenbach brought the buyer. [27east]
