ACG buys New Jersey office park from JV for $31.1M

Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) bought a office park in Florham Park, New Jersey, from a joint venture between Bergman Real Estate Group and Rialto Capital Management LLC for $31.1 million, NJBIZ reported. Florham Park Corporate Center, a 230,000-square-foot park comprised of two three-story buildings, is currently 88 percent leased, according to Colliers International Group Inc., which represented both the buyer and the seller. One of the 30 tenants is Atlantic Health Systems. The center has 800 parking spots, “renovated atrium lobbies” and a new fitness center. [NJBIZ]
