Construction firm CEO’s waterfront mansion in East Patchogue headed to auction

A waterfront mansion that is home to the head of a Long Island-based construction firm is headed to the auction block. Marcus Organization CEO Arnold Marcus and his wife plan to auction off their 7,900-square-foot house in East Patchogue on Oct. 24, Long Island Business News reported. The four-bedroom home, which sits on 9.25 acres on Patchogue Bay, was listed for $7.995 million back in 2017, but took several price chops thereafter; the minimum bid at Paramount Realty USA’s auction will be $3.199 million.
