A solar-powered equestrian estate in New Jersey will be auctioned off on Oct. 10, Mansion Global reported. The 77-acre property near Princeton known as Deer Run Farm includes a colonial-style farmhouse with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, a three-level renovated barn, a greenhouse, a caretaker’s cottage, a pole barn and “several other outbuildings,” according to the outlet. A “field of solar panels” powers the entire estate. “It’s a remarkable property,” Judson R. Henderson of Callaway Henderson Sotheby’s International Realty told the outlet. “It feels like an Audubon preserve.” The estate hit the market seeking $4.8 million this past April. [Mansion Global]
