A limited liability company shelled out $6.75 million for a 1920-built oceanview house in Amagansett, 27east reported. Ruth and Jack McSpadden sold the Bluff Road home, which underwent a two and a half year renovation, to 332 Bluff LLC. The 5,000-square-foot house features six guest rooms and a master suite, along with a media room and a gym and outside there’s a heated gunite pool.
