A farmhouse in Jamesport with a detached four-car garage has hit the market for $1.4 million, Northforker reported. The five-bedroom, three-bathroom home built in 2008 is modeled after a traditional farmhouse. It’s represented by listing agent Dolores Peterson, of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty. The garage could serve as “a private artist’s studio or even a fully equipped horse stable,” she told the outlet. [Northforker]
