Two new tenants and a third existing tenant have inked leases for more than 32,000 square feet of space at a building in Stamford, the Fairfield County Business Journal reported. The Cholula Food Co. signed a lease for 11,500 square feet of space at 1 Dock St. in Stamford, and a second, unidentified tenant signed a lease for the entire 16,713-square-foot fifth floor of the building, Newmark Knight Frank told the outlet. Existing tenant Six One Commodities, meanwhile, expanded its lease to 4,600 square feet. “The demand for train-centric office product remains strong, as evidenced by these new leases,” NKF’s Senior Managing Director Tim Rorick said.
