RPW Group shelled out $36.3 million for a Purchase office building that was first built for Nestle in 1986, LoHud reported. The 290,634-square-foot building at 100 Manhattanville Road sits on 23.8 acres and is currently home to tenants including its anchor tenant, MasterCard, and Triton Container International, according to the outlet. “We have seen the market in Westchester County getting incredibly strong, with our portfolio currently standing at 95 percent leased,” RPW chairman and CEO Robert Weisz said in a statement, calling the deal “a timely purchase given the demand for Class A office properties.” [LoHud]
