An unidentified buyer shelled out $35 million for an oceanfront mansion on a Hamptons street known as “Billionaire Lane,” the New York Post reported. Mary Helen Jordan sold the home on Meadow Lane in Southampton, and it “is considered a teardown,” according to the outlet. The property is 3.2 acres, and the mansion itself was constructed in 1997. Nest Seekers International broker James Giugliano brought the buyer and Douglas Elliman’s Eileen O’Neill represented Jordan. [NYPost]
