Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp. shells out more than $125M for Westchester shopping center

Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp. [AAC] has dropped more than $125 million on a shopping center in Westchester County, the Westchester County Business Journal reported. Vernon Hills Shopping Center LLC sold the Vernon Hills Shopping Center in Eastchester to the New York City-based real estate investment firm. The center comprises 380,000 square feet of retail and office space and is home to tenants including Starbucks, Barnes & Noble, Gap, New York Sports Club, NewYork-Presbyterian and Columbia Medical, according to the outlet. AAC president Daniel Levy told the outlet the purchase “has been a goal of ours for over a decade.” [WBJ]
