Mobile home in Westhampton Beach hits the market for $63.9K

A mobile home in Westhampton Beach is seeking $63,900, Newsday reported. The home in the Suffolk Pines community has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a deck, a “full-sized shed” and parking, according to the outlet. The new owner or owners would have to pay a $605 fee each month that covers “property taxes, garbage pickup, exterior lamp lights and snow removal.” Gold Coast Homes’ Tracy Cronin and James Williams have the listing.
