A waterfront home on the North Fork with a private beach and dock has hit the market for $2.995 million, Northforker reported. The six-bedroom home in Southold has “sweeping views of Shelter Island” and is 10 minutes away from restaurants on Shelter Island and in Greenport village by boat, according to the outlet. “The waterside deck is to die for,” listing realtor Tom McCarthy told the outlet. “[The home] can and does sleep dozens of people comfortably, yet it is a warm, welcoming, cozy place.” [Northforker]
