A 10.4-acre parcel that was recently the only reserve land for sale in Sagaponack is off the market, according to 27east. An unidentified buyer shelled out $4.75 million for the property at 312 Hedges Lane, which can either be used for organic farming or for a horse farm. The parcel sits next to another, 33-acre reserve, the outlet reported. Douglas Elliman’s Carol Nobbs marketed the property. [27east]
