IT solutions provider SHI International has dropped $59.5 million on a 396,750-square-foot building in Piscataway, NJBIZ reported. The building on Ridge Road is part of the Rockefeller Group Logistics Center. Somerset-based SHI will “use the building primarily for IT configuration,” according to the outlet. “The addition of SHI to Rockefeller Group Logistics Center shows the growing diversity of logistics parks, that they can attract uses other than warehousing and distribution,” Rockefeller Group vice president and regional director for the New Jersey and Pennsylvania region Heath Abramsohn said in a statement.
