A New Suffolk house built by whaleboat captain and Wainscott native Libbeus Vincent King in 1850 has hit the market for $1.595 million, Northforker reported. The three-bedroom home, which is just steps from the Peconic Bay, has been “renovated into a sleek and modern space,” according to the outlet. The property comes with a detached garage that could serve as a studio. “Every part of this house has been maximized to capture the beauty that the plot has to offer,” Branch Real Estate Group marketing director Jennifer Desane told the outlet.
