The three-bedroom colonial house on North Valley Road was built in 1988, but recently renovated, according to a listing. Amenities include a chef’s kitchen and a finished basement with a “media room/lounge” and a gym. Saunders & Associates’ Terry Cohen and Jon Vaccari have the listing. [Out East]
