New York-based real estate investor Kamran Hakim has bought an office park in Norwalk that serves as Booking Holdings’ world headquarters, the Fairfield County Business Journal reported. An LLC owned and controlled by Hakim purchased 800 Connecticut Avenue for an undisclosed price. The property last sold for $48.5 million in 2015. Tenants at the office park include Omega Engineering, Hitachi Capital America Corp. and Remedy Partners. CBRE’s Institutional Properties group repped the seller and brought the buyer. [FBJ]
