HGTV host Ricky Paull Goldin and designer and TV host Gretta Monahan have sold their home in Sag Harbor, Newsday reported. The couple put the five-bedroom house on the market for $1.52 million back in October; it sold “for just about the asking price,” Douglas Elliman Real Estate agent Nicole Tunick told the outlet.
