Buyer snaps up new Bates Masi-designed home in Sagaponack

A newly-built Sagaponack Village home designed by East Hampton-based architectural firm Bates Masi + Architects LLC has a new owner, 27east reported. An unidentified buyer paid $14 million for the five-bedroom home, which sits on nearly an acre of land and has water views, according to the outlet. The house first hit the market for $18.5 million in 2018 before taking several price chops. Saunders & Associates’ Christopher Covert had the listing. [27east]
