Pool company snaps up Long Island industrial property for new HQ

A pool company is moving its headquarters to a recently-purchased building in Riverhead, Long Island Business News reported. Jason & Bill’s Pools, which is currently based in Hampton Bays and East Hampton, purchased the 13,400-square-foot industrial property in Riverhead from Hallock Fabricating Corp. for $950,000 with plans to relocate there, according to the outlet. First Hampton International Realty’s Lary Citarelli represented the buyer and Coldwell Banker Commercial Island Corporate Services represented the seller. [LIBN]
