A historic farmhouse on the North Fork that was once home to a family of Impressionist painters is on the market for $1.75 million, Out East reported. Painters Henry and Edith Prellwitz lived in the 1867-built home on Indian Neck Lane in Peconic, owner and broker Rachel Louise Rushforth-Worrell told the outlet. The one-acre property includes the four-bedroom main house and a renovated barn. The Rushforth-Worrell family paid $965,000 for the property, which was once known as the Old King Farmhouse, back in 2012. [Out East]
