A new, solar panel-equipped home in Southampton Village has a new owner. Hampton Monkey Business LLC shelled out $11.35 million for the home on Little Plains Road, which was constructed by Northport-based Schuttinger Building, 27east reported. The 9,500-square-foot, eight-bedroom home replaced an older house that was demolished after it sold for $4.75 million in 2017. Amenities at the new house include an elevator, a pool, a pool house, a mudroom and a garage. [27east]
