Southampton Village home sells after almost $4M in price chops

A Southampton Village home that has been on and off the market for five years has finally sold. The 5,128-square-foot home on Wyandanch Lane was once asking $12.75 million, but ended up selling for $8.95 million, 27east reported. Whiskey Tango 115 LLC bought the six-bedroom home from Pari LLC, according to the outlet. [27east]
