A private island in New Jersey is on the market for a mere $200,000, the New York Post reported. The 19-acre property known as “No Mans Island” is “technically located in Wildwood,” New Jersey, according to the outlet. Current owner Omer Fahim, who bought the island in 2017, said he “[hasn’t] done anything with the island but enjoy it.” “I travel to the island every summer and enjoy watching people pass by on their boats while I sit on my island and watch,” he said. Anyone who buys the island, however, will have to secure permits to raise it if they want to build on it, as it is only a few feet above sea level. The listing is being handled by Private Islands Inc. [NYPost]
