A development in Yonkers that will provide housing for the homeless has secured $35.3 million in financing, the Westchester County Business Journal reported. TD Bank provided funding for Westhab’s Dayspring Campus project, which will include a 63-unit, six-story apartment building called Dayspring Commons, as well as a 27,400-square-foot community center. The city of Yonkers contributed $1 million to the project, which also received a $13.5 million subsidy from New York State Homes and Community Renewal. [WBJ]
