Dick Cavett’s oceanfront estate in Montauk has taken another price chop, the New York Post reported. The television host has slashed the price on the Deforest Road home known as Tick Hall at least twice since he put it on the market for $62 million in the spring of 2017. He is now seeking $27.95 million for it, according to the outlet. The property includes a 7,000-square-foot, seven-bedroom main house, a pool and “miles of walking trails.” It has housed celebrity guests including Mick Jagger, Woody Allen and Andy Warhol. [NYPost]
