A Wainscott home that used to be the guesthouse of the famed Kilkare estate — which sold to an unidentified buyer last month — has listed for $37 million, Mansion Global reported. Attorney Michael Kennedy and his wife sold the guesthouse back in 2001, and its new owners gave it a “complete overhaul,” according to the outlet. When Kennedy still owned it, it hosted guests including Donald Trump, his then-wife Ivana Trump and author Kurt Vonnegut. James Petrie, part of the Petrie Team at Compass, has the listing.
