Southampton Village home sale tops past 3 years’ priciest resi deals

A buyer shelled out $40.91 million for a Southampton Village estate in a sale that was pricier than any home sale the Hamptons have seen in the past three years, 27east reported. Investor David Matlin and his wife Lisa sold the oceanfront home on Meadow Lane to Sandstone Trust at the end of January, according to the outlet. The price tag was higher than those of the most expensive Hamptons homes sold in 2019, 2018 and 2017. Sotheby’s International Realty’s Harald Grant had the listing. [27east]
