Time Equities buys NJ retail center for $60M

Time Equities Inc. bought a retail center in Mays Landing, New Jersey from Retail Value Inc. for $60 million in a deal brokered by JLL Capital Markets, ROI-NJ reported. Hamilton Commons spans 403,050 square feet and is 93 percent leased to tenants including Regal Cinemas, Hobby Lobby and Marshalls, according to the outlet. “We continue to expand nationally as we build up our retail platform in various secondary and tertiary markets,” Time Equities’ director of national retail Ami Ziff said in a statement, adding that the firm plans to “sustain this robust level of growth for the next several years.” [ROI-NJ]
