Billy Joel’s former Southampton office space sells

An unidentified buyer has closed on a converted barn in Southampton that singer Billy Joel once used as office space. Behind the Hedges reported. The 1884-built property on Powell Avenue, which used to be a potato and grain barn, sold for an undisclosed price, according to the outlet. Douglas Elliman’s Brenda Giufurta had the listing and Douglas Elliman’s Joseph Savio brought the buyers. “Drenched in historical details, it presents a once-in-a-lifetime commercial opportunity,” Giufurta said of the property.
