Bridgehampton estate closes for 8 figures

Two anonymous limited liability companies dropped $18.35 million for interior designer Natasha Esch and entrepreneur Matt Coffin’s Bridgehampton estate, 27east reported. The property includes a six-bedroom main house and a second parcel upon which the new owners could build another home or a guesthouse, according to the outlet. Esch and her husband bought the property from late talent manager and producer Sandy Gallin for $14.25 million in 2011. Amenities include a pool, a dock house and an apple orchard. [27east]
