Thor Equities Group purchased a commercial building in Jersey City in a sale brokered by JLL, ROI-NJ reported. Thor Equities bought the 337,888-square-foot building on Greene Street from an unidentified seller. The building “caters to life science companies seeking talent in Manhattan and New Jersey,” according to the outlet. “The building’s legacy manufacturing infrastructure provides a highly capable environment for all types of research functions,” JLL vice chairman Daniel Loughlin said in a statement.
