Police are looking for a woman who allegedly rented out a Southampton Town home last year without the owner’s permission and then made off with the rent, according to the Southampton Press. Town and county police say Bakhrom Talipov, also known as Victoria Jacobs, collected $13,200 from the would-be tenant to secure the home. When the tenant went to move in, the owner told them that Talipov didn’t have permission to rent out the home. Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest. [The Southampton Press] — Dennis Lynch
