Zell Partnership, CBRE pitch suburban sprawl as office leasing lifehack

Zell Partnerhsip Inc. has brought on CBRE as a co-subleasing agent for the 674,000-square-foot office campus at 55 Corporate Drive in Bridgewater, according to NJBiz. CBRE’s Rémy deVarenne Jr. said the property offers the opportunity to “decentralize and de-densify their operations within a suburban complex,” something that “a number of tenants request.” Industry pros have predicted that the coronavirus pandemic will incentivize prospective tenants to look toward suburban offices the more dense urban offices. Landlords of the latter are also redesigning their offices to minimize the risk of spreading diseases. The 55 Corporate Drive complex was renovated last year. [NJBiz]
