Art collector Adam Lindemann is asking $65 million for a Montauk estate once owned by artist Andy Warhol, according to the New York Post. The 5.7-acre oceanfront property has a main house built in the 1930s and six small cottages. Warhol and filmmaker Paul Morrissey bought it in 1972 and regularly hosted celebs including John Lennon and Elizabeth Taylor. It’s the second big listing from Lindemann this year. Last week he listed two neighboring properties on Old Montauk Highway totaling 5.9 acres for $24 million, but pulled the listing on Wednesday. Lindemann is the son of billionaire investor George Lindemann. [NYP] – Dennis Lynch
