Billionaire investor Adam Lindemann has found a tenant and potential buyer for a 5.7-acre Montauk estate he put on the market last month for $65 million, according to the New York Post. Art collector Dasha Zhukova and her husband Stavros Niarchos III are renting the compound for the summer as a sort of trial period for a potential purchase. The estate was once owned by Andy Warhol and includes a large main house and six small cottages. Lindemann paid $50 million for the property in 2015. Zhukova is familiar with the Hamptons — in 2016 she and her then-husband Roman Abramovich rented an East Hampton estate once frequented by a young Jackie Kennedy Onassis. [NYP]
