School officials across the South Fork reported a big bump in enrollment for the fall school year, according to the East Hampton Star. The East End saw an influx of families from New York City during the worst of the coronavirus pandemic there and it appears some are planning on staying for the school year.  That could prove a boon for the real estate market. The enrollment at the Amagansett School is expected to double from 75 to 150 students. Around 35 new students are enrolled in the Sag Harbor School District and 20 new students enrolled in the East Hampton School District. Similar bumps were reported at the Montauk School and the Southampton School District. New York-based Avenues: The World School announced last month it was opening an outpost in the East Hampton.
