The Wainscott home of the late photographer Pete Turner is back on the market, at a 30 percent price bump from when it hit the market last year. The 5,800-square-foot, cedar-shingled home seems to have benefited from the recent surge in demand for Hampton properties, according to the New York Post.

The home at 32 Westwood Road is now being listed for $3.87 million, the Post reported.

It’s a sign of the times on the East End, where prices and sales have climbed since the pandemic took hold. Turner’s former home sits on 1.4 acres, has a large back deck and pool. The interiors are relatively conservative given Turner’s bright-colored palette that became a signature of his work. John Vitello and Gayle Osman Lopata with Brown Harris Stevens have the listing.[NYP] — Dennis Lynch
