Rivera is asking $4 million for the 13,000-square-foot home that he bought in 2006, though he and his wife Clara paid $5.7 million for the property that year, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Compass’ Heather Harrison and Alex Grapstein share the listing. Harrison said the lower asking price is because the Riveras bought the home new at the height of the market, the Journal reported. The couple is selling because their three children have grown and they are now looking to capitalize on the surge in demand in the New York suburbs since the pandemic. [WSJ] — Dennis Lynch
