Farrell’s Bridgehampton spec mansion sells for $17.2M

Farrell Building Company has sold a newly built spec mansion on Meadowlark Lane in Bridgehampton for $17.2 million, according to the Southampton Press.

The homebuilder bought the property last year for $5.6 million and listed it shortly after for $15 million with plans included for the new home. The firm raised the ask to $18 million this year and the home sold in late August.

The modern-style residence spans 9,835 square feet and has eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms, as well as all the amenities one might expect, including top-of-the-line appliances, a home theater, a gym, and a 20-by-40-foot pool out back.
