Nine months after Calvin Klein co-founder Barry K. Schwartz yanked his Westchester equestrian estate off the market, he has put it back on. And the price tag remains $100 million, still the most expensive property listed in New York State, according to WYRK Buffalo.

The 740-acre property in Granite Springs is “Westchester’s largest equestrian estate and is dedicated to raising championship thoroughbred horses,” according to a listing from Christie’s International Real Estate’s David B. Sanders.

Schwartz listed the estate at 159 Mahopac Avenue, called Stone Farm, last March as the pandemic was taking hold. He pulled it in June.

Stonewall Farm is anchored by a 24,000-square-foot main house with eight bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, and nine fireplaces. There is also a guest house and other residential units on the property.

But that’s all secondary to its equestrian facilities. There is a turf racetrack, riding trails, a 40-stall yearling barn, two 24-stall broodmare barns, round pens, and a four-board fenced paddock.
