Status: Estimated completion Summer 2022

Alder Manor

Specifics: 25 to 27 boutique hotel rooms
Status: In development; approvals are in place

Avalon Yonkers
79 Alexander Street
Developer: AvalonBay
Specifics: 609 rental apartments
Status: Expected completion in 2021

Ludlow Point
150 Downing Street
Developer: Ginsburg Development Companies
Specifics: 520 units in two 10-story and two 11-story towers with a waterfront Promenade Park
Status: In review, with preliminary IDA approval
