Major investors like Related's Steve Ross and billionaire Jeff Greene have made West Palm Beach a real estate development hotspot. But those projects have focused on prime areas of the booming South Florida town. Now, one team of developers is planning a sweeping redevelopment they're calling the Nora District in a southern, formerly industrial area of West Palm. The Real Deal's Lidia Dinkova went onsite to check out the development, and spoke with one of its leaders to get inside their plans.
