El Portal is a small, quiet neighborhood in Miami-Dade County. But a development site there attracted attention in a big way; first when residents were ousted from the property, which had been a trailer park, and then from developers when the site went to auction. Ultimately it sold to Flow, the latest venture from WeWork founder Adam Neumann.
