New renderings have surfaced for a mixed-use supertall at 125 Greenwich Street, which is being developed by Bizzi & Partners, Howard Lorber’s New Valley and Michael Shvo. The Rafael Viñoly-designed building will house 275 residential units, as well as 15,000 square feet of amenities over three floors and 16,000 square feet of retail space.
According to the most recent filings, the building’s height will be 841 feet — though the new renderings suggest that it might rise taller than the 977-foot 4 World Trade Center, at Nearby 150 Greenwich Street.
