Matt Lauer lists Hamptons cottage $3.9M

He recently purchased Richard Gere’s mansion for $36M

Shortly after buying up a massive Hamptons compound, “Today” anchor Matt Lauer has listed his beachfront cottage on the market for $3.9 million.

Last week, Lauer was outed as the buyer of Strongheart Manor, Richard Gere’s 6.2-acre North Haven compound. Its most recent asking price was $36.5 million.

He is now unloading his beach house on Scotts Landing Road, according to the New York Post. The 1,800-square-foot house comes with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It features a cathedral ceiling living room, a fireplace, a country kitchen, a bay window and an enclosed porch.
